Cold-Link Logistics Orlando is a rare multi-faceted logistics hub centrally located less than 25 minutes from the heart of Orlando. The property was built throughout the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s as a packing house and cold storage facility for the Citrus Industry. The property was under ownership by Pat Lee since 1988 and operated as a Third-Party Logistics company, Mid-Florida Freezer, mainly for Coca-Cola’s syrup, concentrate and R & D business. Other clients throughout the years have been Hershey’s, Coca-Cola Special Products Bridgewell Resources, and Boise Cascade and many more.
At Cold-Link Logistics Orlando, it is our mission to serve all our customers’ needs through designing specific solutions to meet the ever-increasing demand on cold-chain and dry storage innovations and efficiencies. Through the use of our constantly upgraded, in-house controlled bar-coding system, we pride ourselves on being a leader in inventory control and management.
